leader Coaching & training

Technical knowledge and functional competence are critically important to every business.  We can assume that every leader, by virtue of being in their leadership role, has demonstrated the entry level technical knowledge and functional competence necessary for the role.  However, some leaders shine while others are thought of as 'average' at best.  What accounts for the difference?

Emotional Intelligence (EI)
EI is the capacity to fully engage oneself and others to move the business forward.  EI is grounded, demonstrated and encompassed in self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management with associated competencies.  Fortunately, these competencies are not innate talents.  They can be learned and developed.  Each competency has a unique contribution to making leaders more meaningful, and therefore more effective.

Our methodology combines education, Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) assessment, interpretation of the significance of the data, goal development and coaching through intentional change.
